Residents can comment rezoning to build filling station on Kliprivier Road
Comments can be given until January 25 2019.
AN application has been made to rezone a part of Erf 3513 in Glenvista Extension 9 from “Business 1” to “Public Garage”. The area this proposed amendment is in is near the Virgin Active Gym on Kliprivier Road. The intention is for a quick stop petrol station to be built on the land.
Comments and objections about the proposed rezoning can be lodged at the town planners office. Your comments can be addressed at the Registration Department within Planning, Room 8100, Metropolitan Centre, Braamfontein.
