R10 000 reward to find Lucy the Yorkie

Lucy the Yorkshire Terrier went missing on December 12.

ON December 12, a Yorkshire Terrier went missing from Alberton. Her owners are offering a R10 000 reward for her safe return.

At the time of her disappearance, Lucy was wearing a bright pink collar with her name and owners’ cellphone number. Lucy is five years old and means the absolute world to her owners.

“Lucy managed to slip out of our yard between our gate motor and wall,” said one of the owners, Jacqui Biscardi. “She is seen clearly on our surveillance cameras playing with the dogs across the road from our house, but she always comes back into the yard. Unfortunately, the last image that we have of Lucy, is of her running across the road and disappearing out of view.”

Jacqui added with desperation: “Lucy suffers from separation anxiety and all she was doing was trying to look for me because she is always with me. There is a R10 000 reward for Lucy’s safe return home. We are pleading with whoever has her or whoever knows anything, to please contact us. We love Lucy so much and it’s killing us not having her with us.”

Please contact Jacqui on 082 553 0520 or Toni on 072 702 1154 urgently if you know of Lucy’s whereabouts.
