POWER ALERT: Planned power supply interruption
The City of Ekurhuleni would like to apologise for the inconvenience to be caused.
The City of Ekurhuleni wishes to inform customers in Albertsdal ext 30 of a planned electricity outage scheduled for Saturday, 23 February from 08:00 to 17:00.
Power interruption is due to critical work on the substation’s electrical equipment and installation of medium voltage switchgear.
Intermittent interruptions of supply may occur on Saturday as well as during testing and commissioning on Sunday, 24 February from 08:00 to 17:00.
Intermittent interruptions of supply will affect the following areas:
- Albertsdal
- Alrode South
- Phola Park
- Eden Park
- Greenfields
- Brackendowns ext 5
- Thokoza Ext 2 and 5
