Bully burglar caught in Brackendowns
A housebreaker was arrested after attacking and robbing a pensioner in Kalkoentjie street, Brackenhurst. The burglar tied up the 81-year-old victim and took all her jewellery. The neighbour heard commotion and SAPS acted out accordingly.
Killers convicted:
Two suspects were found guilty on both counts of murder, as well as robbery with aggravated circumstances.

Highway chase:
Brackendowns Police were on the verge of uprooting a syndicated that had been stealing cars in Alberton following the arrest of three thieves in a high-speed car chase on June 15.
