Ward 38 Cllr Malcolm Maifala invites residents of Ward 38 and surrounding areas to spend their Mandela Day cleaning up the garden area at Brackenhurst Library.

RESIDENTS of Ward 38 are invited to spend their Mandela Day cleaning up the garden area at Brackenhurst Library.

The cleaning will start at 10am on July 18 and the community can join hands with the chief librarian and Ward 38 Clr Malcolm Maifala in cleaning up the Brackenhurst Library garden. He appealed to the community to bring along brooms, rakes and plastic bags to help with cleaning up the garden area.

He said the first step to encouraging residents to make use of the library is by making sure that the facility looks good. For any enquiries, contact Maifala on 084 020 7479.
