Siyakhokha system is frustrating

They do not respond and you will hold on from 8am to 5pm, and your emails will go unanswered.

I wish to add to the comments of Paul Foster about the frustration caused by the new Siyakhokha website.

I have been trying them since the beginning of July when I discovered that the old website had been terminated.

Paul must forget about reaching them via telephone or email – they do not respond and he will hold on from 8am to 5pm, and his emails will go unanswered.

Only the media are able to reach them and I don’t know how.

Their spokesperson will give a standard answer which, I think, was prepared more than 10 years ago.

I could not even get help regarding registration at the city’s customer care centres and they can’t even contact them on your behalf.

I could not even get help on their physical address.
