ZOLISWA NDAMSE: “I think it’s simply the municipality’s responsibility because they don’t cater to people’s services. I don’t think people would be willing to meet the municipality halfway.”
SHALENDRA RAMLUGGAN: “I think the municipality and residents must meet each other halfway.”
CLIFFORD NEETHLING: “We would have that responsibility, but I believe we’re obligated to take care of our local town. Everyone has a role to play.”
