Family of five killed in horror accident on N12 West towards Lenasia

The deceased include three adults and two children, the youngest aged two months.

Five members of the same family were killed and six others were critically injured at an accident on the N12 West towards Lenasia, last night, November 2.

It is alleged that the driver from the other vehicle traveling at a high speed lost control, went across the embankment onto the opposite side of the highway and crashed head-on with the VW Polo.

The deceased include three adults and two children, the youngest aged two months.
Three family members were declared dead on the scene and the two others passed away later at a hospital.

The other injured occupants were also transported to the hospital.

Authorities were on the scene to further investigate.
