WATCH: Brackenhurst Primary School celebrates Christmas with the elderly

Seniors from the Alberton Old Age Home in Raceview enjoyed their early Christmas as they received a visit from Brackenhurst Primary School learners on November 25.

Seniors from the Alberton Old Age Home in Raceview enjoyed their early Christmas as they received a visit from Brackenhurst Primary School learners on November 25.

The group of 25 Grade Seven learners paid the elderly a visit where they shared loads of love with them.

This was the school’s third annual visit where it celebrated Christmas at the home, which was made possible by the donations from parents at the school.

WATCH: 

The elderly enjoyed performances by the learners and were also given a Christmas shoe box. The shoe box, which got the seniors excited, consisted of a magazine, soft sweets, tissues, a face cloth, toothpaste and a soap, among other things.
