Faith as Wesley lived it
From Wednesday February 26 Alberton Methodist Church will present a six-week workshop.

ALBERTON – The 1700’s were a time when society was polarised, when rationalism had led people to believe they no longer needed God, when the rich struggled with materialism and the poor with a lack of necessities.
Into this world a priest and Oxford professor named John Wesley came to trust in Christ and then began preaching a faith that would bring a revival of Christianity throughout the British Isles and around the world.
From Wednesday February 26, the Alberton Methodist Church will present a six-week workshop, during which Wesley’s life will be followed and his defining characteristics of a Methodist Christian will be explored. You are invited to join the workshop and discover Wesley’s story and rediscover your spiritual passion.
The workshop will be held in the Alberton Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, starting on Wednesday February 26 at 19:00 and will be presented by Rev Adam Hamilton. Kindly contact Eugene 083 253 4864 or Lyn 083 392 3939 for more information.
