WATCH: Truck catches fire on R556 Kliprivier Drive
Motorist are advised to use alternative routes.
A fuel tanker transporting petrol to Rosettenville caught fire on R556 Kliprivier Drive this Tuesday afternoon, March 31.
According to Booysen’s CID Warrant officer Stephanus Van Staden, “the driver was alone in the vehicle and no other vehicles were involved during the incident,” said Stephanus
“The driver sustained a slight wound on his back which he got as he jumped out of the truck,” added Stephanus
Fox Security Medical Services and City of Johannesburg’s fire emergencies on the scene putting out the fire.
