Meyersdal SUPERSPAR donates over 1 000 food parcels to essential workers

The Meyersdal SUPERSPAR at Meyersdal Mall donated over 1 000 food parcels to essential workers on April 16.

The donation made through the Ekurhuleni Business Council was made by Taso Christoforou of Meyersdal Mall, with assistance from Spiro Yiannopoulos of Meyersdal SUPERSPAR.

“I think all of us as South African residents and especially shop owners should do more,” said Taso. “In these times we have to help.”

President of the Ekurhuleni Business Council Archie Maubane thanked them for the donation.

Taso said this is only the first donation and that they are planning to do more.
