ALBERTON – This deep trench was caused by heavy rain on March 8 and has never been attended to since. The street is becoming narrower and will soon allow only one vehicle to at a time.

Amy Williams, a pensioner staying opposite the trench had this to say, “This deep trench is a real danger to vehicles and pedestrians who could easily break their legs.

“Very soon there will be no tar left in the street, but only one deep un-driveable trench.”
