CPS Security catch two thieves with stolen goods

CPS received a call over the radio when a male member of the public who was in the area of Verwoerd Park informed them about two suspicious men in 2nd Avenue.

The complainant noticed the men were carrying several items. Two of the CPS tactical units found and questioned the suspects about where they got the items from.

The suspects informed the CPS tactical members that they stole the goods from Hendrik Street.

A case was opened on the same day at SAPS and the suspects were charged for possession of stolen property.
