Cluster meeting for Constables
Recently a cluster meeting was held for all those ranked as constable.
Cluster Commander of Germiston, Brigadier S P Mdlankomo, called all the cluster members with the rank of constable to a meeting at Germiston SAPS.
On the day the members were motivated by Brigadier Mdlankomo, Pastor Daniel and a well known actor, Sello Maake Ngcube. The theme was about life in general and how constables must prepare themselves to be future leaders.
Their hard work as foot soldiers in the South African Police Service was acknowledged by Brigadier Mdlankomo.
Advice was also given to them. They were advised not to be corrupt or commit any kind of crime. They were encouraged to consult with Employee Health and Wellness, or with any other person they feel might assist them.
They were also encouraged to speak to the brigadier herself, if they felt comfortable talking to her. She offered to assist any constable that needs help.
