Man injured in Alberton shooting

NETCARE 911 paramedics and other services responded to a shooting incident on Swartkoppies Road in Rispark AH, Alberton on Friday afternoon, August 8.

Upon their arrival on the scene they found one man was injured following the shooting incident.

The man was treated and rushed to hospital for urgent medical care.

The cause of the incident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.

Santi Steinmann from Netcare said, “The patient is stable and doing fine.”
