I see a lot of these accidents and it usually looks like brake failure. That is part of a driver’s safety check before he hits the road.

I think its disgusting that a video is made of such carnage and then still posted on a social media forum. What happened to the privacy of these victims. Shame on you!!!
the accident was not contained properly by the emergency services. there was far too many spectator roaming the scene.
May God make it easy for the grieving families.
this carnage will not stop if the authorities continue to turn a blind eye to rampant corruption within the drivers licencing system.poor quality drivers with a lack of knowledge of road rules combined with unroadworthy vehicles is as dangerous as a loaded gun in the hands of a terrorist.
Most of the time it is not the drivers fault when accidents happen. When the driver complains of a faulty truck, the bosses tell them to do the job or he will be fired.
Some transport trucking co. trucks gets checked weekly and certificate of fitness issued. An accident that happens then, you might be able to blame the driver.
Maybe they must keep those cameras rolling for 24 like day and nights for good evidence so that all the drivers “knew” or put some sign for each an every road In south Africa as a whole!
