Proper chairs make learning easier

AMCARE donates chairs to Nqubela Primary School in Thokoza ext 2.

ALBERTON – These little ones couldn’t conceal their delight when AMCARE Centre of Faith, Hope & Love, delivered 15 new school chairs to their classroom at the Nqubela Primary School in Thokoza ext 2.

The plight of the school, where some learners have to sit on makeshift wooden benches in classrooms, came to AMCARE’s attention via the organisation’s treasurer, Derrick Bradley.

Together with some of the carpenters at AMCARE and using sponsored wooden pellets, chairs were made, 15 of which were delivered earlier in the year and 15 on Wednesday.

Here with the learners are teacher Gladness Hlengwa, Derrick Bradley, Percy Howroyd, general manager AMCARE, and the school principal Pinkie Mbele.
