Please note: Rates and Taxes Policy Review 2015/2016

JOHANNESBURG -The City of Johannesburg reviews its Rates Policy on an annual basis with the purpose to determine categories of properties, which will then be rated according to a tariff.Ratepayers and interested parties are invited and encouraged to get involved in the drafting of the 2015/2016 Rates Policy.

Your suggestions and recommendations are important to us as we are to consult with you regarding the drafting of the Rates Policy before implementation. This is in terms of the Municipal Property Rates Act 6 of 2004.

February 19 from 18:00 at Eureka House, 92 Marlborough Road, corner of Rosettenville Road, Springfield (Rosettenville) and February 24 from 19:00 at Mondeor Recreation Centre, corner of Daylesford Road and Columbine Avenue in Mondeor.
