N12 accident claims truck driver’s life
According to reports by emergency services the driver of an overturned truck on the N12 East has passed away at the scene of the incident.
This morning at about five o’clock the driver reportedly lost control of his vehicle. The truck rolled and its cab and trailer separated.
When emergency services arrived at the scene; the truck’s trailer was at a standstill against a steel pole. The cab had rolled down an embankment. Paramedics declared the driver dead on the scene.

Two other vehicles were involved in the collision. The occupants of these vehicles reportedly sustained minor injuries.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown. Authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
