Willem Hendrik Lazenby passed away on March 28, 2015. He is survived by his wife, three daughters, son and daughter in law and five grandchildren.

The Lazenby, Clark and Kroner families would like to thank everyone who so kindly supported them throughout the difficult time of his illness, in particular the staff of Stepping Stones Hospice.
