Shame on dumping neighbours

Beatrice Klassen, an unemployed widow from Opel Road, has a problem created by residents from Opel Road, Morris, Mazda and Packard streets who are dumping their rubbish on her property.

“The people around here have no shame. At first it was done at night, but as the years went by, they started dumping during the day, regardless of whether we are at home or not.

“My property is a dumping site and a pass-through to Phola Park. People seem to think nothing of me and my children,” said Beatrice sadly.
