Food parcels for the needy

A rumour was spread that residents of Phola Park received food parcels on March 13, and immediately residents of Eden Park sent an appointed group of individuals to the SASSA offices in Thokoza under the leadership of David Quinn.

Representatives where informed by SASSA that the event on March 13 was only for applications. Residents of Eden Park were called to a meeting in Abraham Street on April 14 to register for the distress food parcels.

The list of names will be handed over to the SASSA offices in Thokoza.
