Water out in Alrode South

Alrode South and Albertsdal Heights are without water due to a burst pipe.

ALBERTON – Alrode South and surrounding areas have been affected by a burst pipe in Bosworth Street, leaving the area without water for some time.

The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (EMM) is aware of the water supply interruption and technicians are currently on site, working to restore the water supply to the affected areas.

Alrode South and Albertsdal Heights have been affected. Temporary water supply has been provided for at Bracken Park Hall, corner of Hennie Alberts and JG Strijdom streets. This water interruption follows a previous disruption which occurred in the area, on Wednesday, May 13, also due to a burst water pipe.

The EMM wishes to apologise for any inconvenience to be caused.
