Speaking out at the Alberton Business Forum

ALBERTON – The Alberton Business Forum met on Thursday, June 18. The guest speaker for the meeting was Mr Quinton Losper, a member of the Alberton Toastmasters Club. Quinton spoke gave an interesting talk on glossophobia, the fear of public speaking.

During his talk, Quinton gave business owners tips on overcoming their own fears and tips on how to deal with staff members who may suffer from the fear of speaking. He also debunked myths about glossophobia and encouraged business representatives to deal with fears of social interaction.

The presentation was followed by the Alberton Business Forum annual general meeting.
