Free self-defense workshop

ALBERTON – On Saturday, August 22, the AMCARE Centre of Faith, Hope and Love, will host a free self-defense and awareness workshop for women and children aged 10 years and up.

The workshop will be presented by the South African Police Service (SAPS) at the AMCARE premises on the corner of 15 Heidelberg and Ascot Roads in New Market Park and will run from 09:00 to 13:00.

Only 100 places are available.
