Manuel Pascoal Sardinha, born in Madeira Achades de Cruz on May 22, 1945, passed away on December 15, 2015 due to his cancer that returned after 10 years.

Manuel who was also known as “Shorty”, lived in Alberton for over 40 years and owned the Randhart Fruit Shop in General Alberts Street. He was loved and befriended by all.

His suffering has ended and after a long and hard fight, he is finally at peace.

This is just a note from his family to everyone who knew him. Our dearest father, grandfather and husband, may you rest in eternal peace. May God carry you under His wing and may you watch over us from above with a smile on your face. You have left such a void in our hearts but you will never ever be forgotten. Our hearts are broken but yet we are so happy to know that you are at peace. We love and miss you.

Till we meet again. All our love, your wife, children and grandchildren.
