How to report water leaks

RESIDENTS are urged to assist Joburg Water by reporting any leaks, burst pipes etc. to the 24-hour water hotline on 0860 562 874, by sending an SMS to 082 653 2143 or an email to customer@jwater.co.za.

Alternatively residents can use social media to report leaks or burst pipes. Use the Twitter handle @jhbwater or visit the Johannesburg Water Facebook page.

The sooner a complaint is logged the sooner a Joburg Water team can attend to the problem.
