School patroller busted with dagga

A lady in her 40s was busted with the dagga and arrested by Eden Park SAPS.

A SCHOOL patroller at Eden Ridge Primary School was busted with 261 small plastic bags filled with dagga with a street value of R3 000.

Captain Vusi Mhlophe from Eden Park SAPS said that the teachers and the cleaning staff became aware of the selling operation at the school’s guard house. “One staff member took one bag and brought it to me. I immediately sent two constables to the school in Extension Five in Riemvasmaak. A lady in her 40s was busted with the dagga and brought in to be booked for dealing in dagga,” he said.

The suspect was arrested and a case of dealing in narcotics was opened at Eden Park SAPS.
