An unknown man was hit by a car on the N3, next to Grey Avenue, on June 4, and police need help identifying the body.

AN UNKNOWN man was hit by a car on the N3, next to Grey Avenue, on June 4, and police need help identifying the body.

“The man was trying to cross the freeway on foot when the accident happened and was taken to Germiston Government Mortuary,” said Sergeant Phora Nkuna, spokesperson for the Alberton SAPS.

“He is a black male who was wearing a dark brown jacket, a white golf T-shirt, brown pants and black shoes. Family and friends who have a man missing fitting the above description are requested to contact Warrant Officer Amanda Hattingh at 011 865 7400,” added Nkuna.
