MIRACLES do happen in this day and age and one miracle that has happened in Eden Park is the astonishing establishment of the outdoor gym – the craze is hitting Eden Park like an avalanche.
Residents are flocking to the gym in teams as early as 6:00 in the morning. “We come here very early to be the first team. The workout is doing us a lot of good, especially for people like us who are over 50 and 60 years old. This is the best thing that has happened to us in Eden Park,” said Jerry Moffat, a resident.
The outside gym is filled to capacity between 07:00 and 10:00 in the morning. Young and old residents are being attracted to the gym, which has now, like a magnet, attracted senior citizens – who are enjoying the innovation which, as all reported, makes them feel happy and healthy.
