Security officer gets his man – and a reward

The suspect was charged with armed robbery and attempted murder.

OFFICER Aaron Dlamini, from the Special Operations Group (SOG), was honoured for exemplary work, recently.

Dlamini received a certificate of commendation from his company and a cash reward from the South Crest community for the arrest of a dangerous suspect.

The arrest relates to a stabbing and robbery incident. The suspect was arrested by Dlamini within 23 hours of the crime and charged with armed robbery and attempted murder.

VICIOUS: The victim was repeatedly stabbed and suffered severe injuries.
