Delly has been working for Tutela as a social worker since 2009. She explains what motivates her and keeps her driven to be successful: “Building a personal relationship with God, fellowshipping with the Holy Spirit and being obedient to His voice and guidance is the best success I can have in my life. It rejuvenates my spirit, soul and mind.”
If there is one thing that makes Tutela special from other charities for Delly, it is the passionate and compassionate staff members. “Everyone here has determination in what they do. They care about the quality of service that they deliver to those who need it.”
Delly believes in healthy family relationships and therefore she has a soft spot in her heart for children. In Delly’s ideal world, children would be raised as healthy, respectable and responsible people. She believes in raising children with lots of love and care, and that instilling good moral values in them is very important.

She shares her biggest goal in life: “I wish to continue God’s legacy through the work I do. Transforming the lives of vulnerable people, people in need and people who are hurting is my way of honouring Him. I want to share His gospel and spread His love wherever I can.”
Since working at Tutela, Delly’s life has certainly changed for the better. “I’ve learned to live by faith and depend on God in every aspect of my life, more so than I did before working here. I am so happy and my faith and soul grows little by little each day,” she concluded.
