1. Wake up ten minutes earlier, go through a few stretching exercises.
2. Make yourself a cup of tea or coffee and sit outside, relaxing for five minutes before your busy day begins.
3. Run a warm bath, adding a few drops of Soil Lemongrass Essential Oil. You’ll feel rejuvenated and full of energy.
4. Chop up fresh fruit for breakfast and serve with full cream Greek yogurt.
5. Pack a healthy salad for lunch. Include salad greens, tomatoes, avocado, cooked chicken or cubed cheese or a hard-boiled egg. Drizzle a little salad dressing over.
