JACOB Zuma officially resigned as the president of South Africa, to be replaced by Cyril Ramaphosa. The community shared their opinions and feelings on this matter.

LEE-ANN FENNELL: “I am very happy about Zuma’s resignation. Hopefully things will start looking up for South Africa. I hope the country’s money will be shared with those who need it most, and not hoarded.”
TANJA FERREIRA: “I feel a lot of relief now that Zuma is gone. Now there is new hope for the youth of our country. Jacob Zuma was a big disappointment for us all.”
LINDA MORWE: “Jacob Zuma made no change since he was here. There had always just been bad news about him. He just made bad decisions. South Africa is better off with him leaving.”
