Bottle tops collection leads to wheelchair
Thank you to everyone involved, especially Melissa Boyd and Monique Azov, for their wonderful efforts.
THE Lighthouse Disability Centre in Linmeyer, along with the Lion Carlos Magalhaes (CM) feeding scheme, have been collecting plastic bottle tops over the past few months.
These bottle tops were given to Kenton Primary School and then transported to Alberton High School, which is running a wheelchair project where when 450kgs of bottle caps are collected, a wheelchair will be donated to someone in need.
Thank you to everyone involved, especially Melissa Boyd and Monique Azov, for their wonderful efforts in collecting so many bottle tops and to the Alberton Lions for facilitating the process.
