JG Strijdom and Potgieter streets are still closed

No further developments.

THE road going towards Swartkoppies Road at the intersection of JG Strijdom and Potgieter streets are still closed.

This has been a nightmare for motorists as the traffic during peak times is heavily backed up.

The bad state of the road and the dysfunctional traffic lights have been a problem for months.

Previous articles about the situation appeared in the RECORD on February 27 and March 20.

At that stage, comment was requested from EMM. The RECORD is still awaiting comment.
