Celebrities attended the launch of the Supanova Stadium Gaming arena, the first of its kind in Africa.

Emperors Palace launched its Supanova Stadium Gaming arena on June 6. The arena is a first for the gaming industry across Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. It boasts an electronic gaming setup of 30 new Diamond series G5 interactive machines offering 24/7 electronic tables games.
The Supanova Stadium Gaming arena offers players a choice of four games that can run simultaneously or independently including Automatic Roulette, Live Roulette, Multi-hand Blackjack and Virtual Baccarat / Punto Banco.
“Stadium Gaming offers a faster game for regular players, as they don’t have to cash out and change seats when they change games,” says Bethuel Ledwaba of Emperors Palace. “It’s also a great way for novice players to learn the popular tables games, as they can experience the fun and excitement of live table games without feeling overwhelmed. Supanova Stadium Gaming is yet another way that Emperors Palace offers its players the most exciting and exhilarating gaming experiences.”
The evening was full of famous faces all getting the opportunity to try out new gaming stations and compete with each other. The prize they played for was R10 000 going towards the charity of the winning players choice. The guests on the night competed against each other in Multi-hand Blackjack and Live Roulette trying to win as much as possible. A group of 10 finalists competed directly against each other for the grand prize. The winner on the day The Queen’s Loyiso MacDonald of Edenvale celebrated winning R10 000 for Unicef South Africa.
