Throwing fake punches at fun karate class
To celebrate the fathers in their lives the children from Creative Academy treated them to a karate class.
CREATIVE Academy School of Excellence’s cool dads braved the chilly morning air on June 11 for a day of karate fun.
“Not only are they fashionable and handsome, not only did they take some time off work, not only did they come from far and wide, but they have awesome spirit and are amazing at karate,” said principal Lolita Visser. “We celebrated our superheroes, our backbone and pillars of strength.”
The parents and children spent the morning learning some karate moves with world champion sensei Kersia Barcelos.
