Concerns on Grade Nine learners being given an exit certificate

FOLLOWING the recent announcement made by the Department of Basic Education of a plan to let learners leave school after Grade Nine with a general education certificate, which will enable them to be trained as artisans, the RECORD asked Albertonians what they think of the plan.
