WARNING: No project between the RECORD and cancer research

It has come to the attention of the RECORD that a young woman does the rounds promising ‘donors’ advertising space in the Alberton RECORD.
From information received, the woman goes from business to business trying to sell necklaces. She also approached people on the street.
She tells prospective buyers that she is running a project with the Alberton RECORD and that proceeds from the sale of necklaces go towards cancer research.
The RECORD wishes to inform all residents and businesses that there is no such project and we distance ourselves from this so-called project.
