The Women’s World day of Prayer is celebrated worldwide on the first Friday of March.
The prayer meeting this year will be hosted by the ladies of the St Therese Catholic Church, 7 Fick Street, Alberton on March 6 at 10am and 7pm.
The theme is “Rise! Take your mat and walk” and is prepared by the Women of Zimbabwe.
Tea will be served after each prayer meeting.
