Stepping Stone Hospice goes through thorough sanitising process
A little bit of help goes a long way for staff and patients at Stepping Stone Hospice.
Thanks to the generosity of Rumocco Eco Cleaning Services in Raceview, the Stepping Stone Hospice In-Patient units and offices underwent a deep-cleaning and thorough sanitising process.
Rumocco Eco Cleaning Services visited the hospice on May 20 for a deep clean to keep their staff and patients safe from the threat of Covid-19.
Owners Moyana Ntimane and Ronel Morris explained that Stepping Stone Hospice is close to their hearts as Ronel had a family member who was cared for by the hospice.
Ronel also reached out to Noel Sanders, a representative for Masks4All.Africa, who, at the same time, donated 50 cloth masks to the staff at Stepping Stone Hospice.
“We are extremely grateful to Ronel, Moyana and Noel for reaching out to us,” said Sr Margi Bollman, care services manager at Stepping Stone Hospice. “We can never do enough to secure the safety of our staff and patients.”
