Colla Voca Youth Choir auditions
The Colla Voca Youth Choir are hosting auditions in Alberton soon. Read on to find more information about their auditions.
THE Colla Voca Youth Choir will be holding auditions on May 17 and May 24. If you are a scholar between grade seven and 12, love to sing, like a challenge and feel your voice needs to be heard, then the Colla Voce Youth Choir invites you to come and audition for the choir.
Originally the Southern-Transvaal Youth Choir, Colla Voca Youth Choir is a Christian Youth choir, and has been in existence since 1985. The choir consist of choristers from the Vaal triangle, West Rand, East Rand and Alberton. Their most recent achievement is a third place that they won last year in an international competition.
Henk Barnard is the conducter of the choir and he is highly regarded and well known. Heidi Schoeman, a talented accompanist, also forms part of their team.
