EDEN PARK – Joey Daniel Jackson of Borgward Street needs help.

His legs are lame and he walks in a snail-like pace with the support of crutches after a car accident years ago. Most of the time his legs cannot carry him, and he has to be pushed around in a green EMM dustbin.
