ALBERTON – About 10 years ago Shanti decided to start competing and became serious about his training, nutrition and dieting.

“Bodybuilding has changed my focus on life and disciplined me in many ways. Bodybuilding is my passion and I love standing on stage,” he says.“My goal is to be my very best at every show I take part in. My biggest goal was to win the IFBB SA’s, which I have achieved this year. Now my focus is on trying to raise the funds for me to compete at the World Championship held in Brazil in November,” he concluded.
