Accident on N12 claims one life

Six vehicles and two super-link trucks were involved in the collision.

Ekurhuleni Disaster and Emergency Management Services’ rescue team responded to the scene. The jaws-of-life were used to free the motorists from the wreckage. Six people were transported to various hospitals in Ekurhuleni. One person was declared dead on the scene.

Both lanes of the N12 split from N3 were closed for traffic till the wreckages and oil spillage were cleared from the road.
