Church takes big step
Recently Churches came together for a day of jubilation, leaders and congregation of Immanuel Ministries Prayer Centre at the sod-turning ceremony, which had visitors and spiritual leaders from other denominations.
EDEN PARK – The church, established in 1986, started worshipping in a small classroom a the high school until 2003, when they started using a tent on the stand allocated to them.
“We are now building our own church at last. The Lord heard our prayers and construction of the new building will soon start. We thank God for His blessings upon us. If God is for us, who can can against us?” asked pastor Reed.
Many of the church members remarked that they can’t wait to get out of the hot tent where they have been worshipping since 2003.
