Eye of Africa launches MiPad

An upmarket village development was revealed at Eye of Africa Estate

There was a great turnout at the launch of MiPad, a sectional title development at Eye of Africa in Eikenhof on April 25.

Families wanting to invest at the estate came to view the developments comprising simplex and duplex properties on show. The project is still under development, which allows buyers to select finishes of the kitchen and other rooms to suit the personal style of the buyer.

Cornerstone Projects’ Russell Cruickshank described the village of 73 properties: “It’s a secure environment for a family. The units have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double garage.”

Cruickshank revealed that there are units still available although they are going fast.

Lunch and refreshments were served at the launch and interested parties had a chance to mingle with their potential new neighbours.
