ALBERTON – Melanie Cloete, a Brackendowns resident, was overwhelmed at the news that she had won a special edition Hyundai i10 Glide. Melanie received the car on Tuesday, June 23, at Macy’s Spar in Alberton, as part of the Spar Win a Car Competition.
“Melanie is a regular customer of ours, who we often see two or three times a day in our store” said Ian Fleming, owner of Macy’s Spar. “At the beginning of May, she bought one of the Win-a-Car participating products, entered her details on the till slip, dropped it in the entry box, and now she’s our first winner,” he said.
“We wish to congratulate Melanie, and wish her many happy miles in her brand new Hyundai i10 Glide,” concluded Fleming.
